Operating heavy vehicles in Australia comes with significant legal obligations under NHVR guidelines, and we manage every requirement across our fleet and drivers so that everything we move does so legally and safely.
NHVR Accreditation
Transport Masters Pty Ltd t/a FCL Logistics operates under National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) accreditation. Our systems, processes, and vehicles meet the standards required to operate legally and safely under Australian heavy vehicle law.
Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
We understand that CoR compliance is your responsibility too. Every load we carry is managed to meet CoR obligations — correct mass limits, compliant load restraint, and driver fatigue monitoring — protecting both our business and yours.
Driver Licence Monitoring
All FCL drivers hold the appropriate heavy vehicle licences. We actively monitor licence currency and medical fitness — no driver operates a vehicle with an expired or suspended licence.
Vehicle Registration & Maintenance
Every truck in the FCL fleet is registered, roadworthy, and maintained to schedule. We track rego expiry dates proactively so there are no unplanned compliance gaps or vehicles pulled off the road at the wrong time.
Fatigue Management
FCL manages driver fatigue in line with the Heavy Vehicle National Law. We apply standard hours and BFM (Basic Fatigue Management) rules, keeping drivers safe and your freight legally on the road.
Mass & Dimension Limits
We assess every freight job against applicable mass and dimension limits. Our drivers and dispatch team are trained on compliance requirements to avoid overloading and ensure permits are in place where needed.
